Chiang Mai charges 25% per person, which is ฿350 of a Living Green ฿1,400 adult half-day and ฿375 of a Big Boy ฿1,500 adult half-day. Chonburi charges ฿800 per guest. Checkout is Stripe on ThaiEleHub, not a Shopify cart.
The remaining balance is paid on the tour day. Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time for a deposit refund. Stripe keeps its 6.5% processing fee (not charged or kept by ThaiEleHub). WhatsApp +66 98 858 9666 is the backup for hotels outside the 5 km Old Town zone.

Follow-up questions
Is WhatsApp required?
No. The form completes a deposit booking until 10 hours before departure. WhatsApp does not reopen a closed date. It can still help with hotels outside the pickup zone.
Can I pay 100% online?
The live flow collects a deposit. Full online prepay is not the default.
