These Terms of Service apply when you use ThaiEleHub.com to review, reserve or pay a deposit for an elephant sanctuary tour or related travel experience in Thailand.
1. About ThaiEleHub
ThaiEleHub is the official booking and customer-support hub for our Living Green and Big Boy elephant sanctuary brands and selected ethical elephant experiences in Thailand. ThaiEleHub coordinates tour information, booking support, pickup details and customer communication. A payment receipt may identify Big Boy Elephant Sanctuary or another disclosed local operating partner as the payment processor.
2. Tour information and availability
Tour descriptions, schedules, pickup windows, inclusions, age rules and availability are shown on the relevant product page. Conditions can change because of weather, road conditions, elephant welfare needs, local operations or safety requirements. We will communicate material changes using the contact details supplied with the booking.
3. Prices, deposits and remaining balance
Product pages show the full tour price per guest. Unless a product states otherwise, the online payment is a 25% deposit calculated for each adult and child selected. The remaining balance is paid locally on the tour date using the method stated in the booking confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully received.
4. Guest information and pickup
You must provide accurate names, contact details, travel date, guest counts and pickup information. Hotel pickup is limited to the area and time window stated on the selected product page. If an address is outside the included area, ThaiEleHub may propose a meeting point or advise of an additional transfer arrangement before the tour.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Guest-requested cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour may receive a deposit refund less the disclosed 6.5% payment-channel processing cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are not eligible for a deposit refund. If ThaiEleHub or the operating camp cancels and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the applicable payment will be refunded.
6. Guest conduct and animal welfare
Guests must follow safety instructions from guides and camp staff. ThaiEleHub programs do not include elephant riding or elephant shows. Activities may be adjusted or stopped when necessary for elephant welfare, weather, guest safety or local operating conditions.
7. Children, health and accessibility
Age guidance and child prices vary by product. A parent or responsible adult must supervise children. Guests should review the activity level and tell ThaiEleHub before booking about mobility, medical, dietary or accessibility needs that could affect participation. We will explain known limitations but cannot guarantee that every program is suitable for every guest.
8. Photos and personal privacy
Tour photography practices vary by program. Please tell the guide if you do not want to appear in promotional or group images. ThaiEleHub handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy.
9. Website use and intellectual property
Website text, branding, itineraries, photographs and design may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except for normal personal travel planning and sharing a direct link to the original page.
10. Responsibility
ThaiEleHub provides booking coordination and support using information supplied by its camps and operating teams. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThaiEleHub is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate guest information, missed pickup, failure to follow safety instructions, weather, traffic, government restrictions or events outside reasonable control.
