How does a ThaiEleHub day work?
- BookChoose a published tour and pay the deposit. The date is held when that payment succeeds. Chiang Mai is 25% per guest. Chonburi is ฿800 per guest.
- PickupA driver collects you from your hotel inside that tour’s listed zone. The confirmation names the window.
- The visitYou follow the program printed on that tour. No riding and no performance shows.
- ReturnThe same transfer brings you back. The balance is paid locally on the day.

Which ethical elephant day trip near Chiang Mai should I book?
ThaiEleHub does not publish a rating or a copied review score. From Chiang Mai the published no-riding days are Living Green (half-day ฿1,400 per adult, child ฿1,000 ages 4–8) and Big Boy (half-day ฿1,500, child ฿1,100 ages 4–8, infants 0–3 free). Both include round-trip hotel pickup within 5 km of Chiang Mai Old City. The camps are outside the city. Transfer time depends on traffic and your hotel. The office at 8 Rachadamnoen Rd, Si Phum, Chiang Mai 50200 is not the sanctuary.
Is riding really never offered?
Correct. None of the programs on this site include riding, performance shows or forced interaction, at any camp or on any date.
How far in advance should I book?
Online booking closes 10 hours before pickup (Asia/Bangkok). A date is held once the deposit payment succeeds. The balance is paid on the tour day. There is no live seat map.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, inside each camp's listed transfer area. Enter your hotel or full address when booking and the team confirms the arrangement.
Can I cancel or change dates?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time for a deposit refund. Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its 6.5% processing fee (not charged or kept by ThaiEleHub). Within 24 hours of tour start, the deposit is non-refundable. Bookings made within 24 hours of tour start are non-refundable once paid. No-shows are charged the full tour price; the deposit is not refunded. To request a date change, contact ThaiEleHub on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time (subject to agreement and availability).
