Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we try to keep our cancellation process as clear and fair as possible.

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the tour

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time, and the cancellation is not caused by ThaiEleHub or the sanctuary team, your paid deposit can be refunded after deducting a 6.5% payment-channel processing cost from the amount paid online.

This processing cost is charged by the payment platform, card network, bank, or related payment provider. It is not kept by ThaiEleHub.com as a service fee.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are not eligible for a deposit refund, because guides, drivers, vehicle arrangements, food preparation, and sanctuary scheduling may already be confirmed.

Merchant-caused cancellation

If ThaiEleHub or the sanctuary team must cancel your tour because of an operational issue, unsafe weather condition, or another merchant-side reason, we will help arrange a date change or provide the appropriate refund according to the situation.

Refund calculation example

If a guest paid a ฿400 online deposit and cancels at least 24 hours before the tour for a guest-side reason, the refundable amount is ฿374 after a 6.5% payment-channel processing cost. The remaining ฿26 covers payment processing costs charged by the payment provider.
