Living Green or Big Boy elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai?
They are different camps. Living Green Elephant Sanctuary Chiang Mai is a valley program with pickup within about 5 km of Old Town. Half-day adults are ฿1,400, and the deposit is 25% per guest. Guests feed the elephants and bathe with them in the river, led by the elephants.
Big Boy is a Karen-run camp in the Doi Inthanon foothills, with a longer transfer. Its half-day is ฿1,500: watch from a distance, vitamin balls at the feeding table, and habitat care. Guests cannot touch the elephants. ThaiEleHub books both. Do not merge the two names into one sanctuary. Online booking closes 10 hours before departure.

Not realistically. Each half-day already uses a long countryside transfer. Pick one camp per day.
