Round-trip air-conditioned transport is included only inside the pickup area listed for the selected product. What is included with the transfer?
The current Living Green Chiang Mai half-day programs list round-trip air-conditioned transfer inside the pickup area, a local guide, a local meal, drinking water, accident insurance and professional photographs delivered digitally. The full-day program also includes its listed cooking activity and ingredients. Always read the individual product page because activities and timing differ by program.
Adult and child prices are shown on each product page. ThaiEleHub collects a 25% deposit per person online, with the remaining 75% paid locally. The number of guests therefore changes the total deposit; it is not one flat deposit per booking.
Changing or cancelling a pickup
Contact ThaiEleHub as soon as your date, group size or accommodation changes. Under the current product policy, cancellation at least 24 hours before the activity is eligible for a deposit refund less the 6.5% payment-channel processing cost. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a deposit refund.
